Steve Wennagel

Business Development Manager

What’s my Paton history?
I’ve been with Paton for 13 years and counting. While I have spent short stints supporting other roles, my primary focus is Business Development.

What do you love about Paton?

What’s one thing on your bucket list?
To take my two sons on a trophy hunt for whitetail deer.

Favorite holiday and why?
Hands down, Christmas. It all started at about 10 years old when I took the “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” movie too seriously. Now with over 60 amps of power and 1000’s of lights later, I still enjoy decorating the house at Christmas. As I get older – and a little scared of working off a 35’ extension ladder – the true joy of Christmas has transitioned into spending time with family and watching the excitement in the eyes of our grandkids as they open their gifts.

Hobbies or interests?
Hunting and fishing are my two main interests. I love a good game of golf as well, but having a good game is like a search of the Holy Grail.
